The profile is comprised of a 1-1/32" radius arc tangent off of a 53/64" concave radius creating a cyma recta in the middle, attached to a 5/8" tall vertical fillet on top, the lower portion consists of a 1/2" tall vertical fillet, and a 5/8" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, search our bevels category by these degrees to find back bevel cutters appropriate for this beveled crown moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-19/32" tall with a projection of 2-5/32" wide. Two high points in the detail were purposely positioned on the same level plane, this creative design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is set parallel to the moulder bed plates.
