Crown 3-7/8"

This 3-7/8" pencil bead crown mould measures 3.871" width by .750" thickness, permitting a 4-1/8" blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The embellished terminating profile retains a 5/16" tall pencil-shaped bead flanked by vertical line segments on the top left. The lower line connects to a 1-1/16" concave semicircle tangent off of a 1-7/32" convex arc forming the elegant cyma recta in the center. The s-shaped curvature joins a 7/32" tall fillet attached to a graceful ogee derived from two 3/8" radius semicircles on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angles lock in the height position at 2-7/8" tall with a 2-13/16" projection across the top.
