The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 3-23/64" tall with a projection of 3-25/64" wide. The left side forty-five degree bevel includes part of the three quarter bead that will blend in with the top set of knives. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane, our specialized design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling, providing the molder pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed plates. Perhaps a felt line hold down shoe will help eliminate any burnish marks that may be caused by the metal pressure element on the machinery.
