This contemporary 4" - 54 crown mould measures 4.000" tall by .750" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The modern flat style profile is composed of an 11/16" vertical line at the top, connected to a 2-13/16" tall congee made from a 59/64" radius cove, attached to a 1/2" tall by 5/32" wide notch leaving a 1/4" wide horizontal line segment on the bottom of the pattern. We offer a couple of similar style profiles for your review and consideration, crown 4.000" - 51 and crown 4.000" - 56.
