This distinguished 4-1/4" - 36 crown mould measures 4.246" width by .812" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined sprung on an industrial molder (laying horizontally flat) from four-quarter lumber. The attractive supporting profile contains a 29/64" tall by 1/4" broad perpendicular lines joined to a 35/64" convex arc and a 1/4" vertical step forming the ovolo on the top left. This area connects to a 1-23/64" concave semicircle with a pointed set of lines, attached to a 1/2" tall half-circle with a 5/16" across by 1/4" tall squared lines on the bottom right side of the pattern. The fixed spring angles are at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the exposed face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, as well as set the oriented height at 3-5/16" tall with a projection of 2-21/32" across the top.
