Crown Moulding 7" - 38

This Graceful Crown Mould 7" - 38 measures 7.000" wide by 1.000" thickness with a .477" depth of cut on the right vertical cutters, a .479" depth of cut on the left set of knives, and a .751" depth of cut on the top horizontal profile blades.

The stylish design is comprised of a 2-3/32" radius concave arc in the center, connected to two tangent 3/8" radiuses creating a cyma reversa flanked by horizontal fillets with a 21/32" tall vertical line on top. The lower portion consists of a 1-5/16" radius ovolo with a 13/16" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. We have an assortment of six matching profiles of various size widths heights and projections for your review and consideration, 2-1/2" width, 3" wide, 4" wide, 5-7/16" width, and 8-1/2" wide.

The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these dedicated back bevel cutters set the installed height at 5-3/8" tall with a projection of 4-1/2" wide. Three high points in the detail were intentionally positioned on the same plane, our disciplined design practices will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
