Raised Panel Mould 1-9/16"
This 1-9/16" raised panel mould measures 1.563" wide by .750" thick. These knives are designed to be milled on a shaper only; the moulder does not have a large enough cutting circle to mill this pattern correctly. Before you begin knife grinding procedures, please read our article on moulder knives cutting circle to see if you can mill this pattern on your shaper.
The profile comprises a 7/32" wide tongue that tapers upward to a 1-15/64" radius arc, connected to a 5/32" quarter circle, attached to a 5/64" tall fillet at the top of the pattern.
We provide the cut steel size on all our knife designs, this specialized feature allows you to be able to obtain the correct width size of knife steel before you start knife grinding procedures and production.
