Door/Window Casing 5" - 30

This two-piece 5" - 30 door casing measures 5.000" wide by 1-3/4" thickness. The detail is milled in two separate profiles to reduce cupping that may occur from milling such a large depth of cut out of eight quarter lumber. The attractive profile consists of a 3/8" wide by 1/8" deep stepped perpendicular lines that transitions into a two tangent radius ogee/cyma reversa, joined to a 1/16" wide sunk fillet with a 1/4" wide half circle on the larger detail. The wider profile composes a 1-9/16" wide straight line, connected to a small cyma reversa flanked by small vertical lines, connected to a 1-1/16" wide by 5/64" deep stepped fillet, joined to a 1/16" wide sunk fillet attached to a 3/16" radius three-quarter circle on the thin side of the pattern.
