WM 86 Cove Mould 1-5/8" - 1

This WM 86 cove mould 1-5/8" - 1 measures 1.625" in width by .563" in thickness. The traditional terminating symmetrical design contains a 7/8" radius cavetto in the center. The concave semicircle is flanked by a 9/32" vertical fillet on the top left with a 9/32" broad flat line on the bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock the installed height at 1-5/32" tall with a 1-5/32" projection across the top. The recommended rough wood rip size for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 1-7/8" wide.
