Crown 7" - 19

This elegant 7" - 19 crown mould measures 7.000" wide by 1.000" thick. The lovely profile comprises a 3-31/64" radius cove in the center, connected to an ovolo with a 31/64" tall vertical line at the top. The lower portion of the design consists of a 5/32" broad line, connected to a 11/16" radius half circle joined to a more minor 9/32" radius arc with a 7/32" wide squared fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 5-9/32" tall, with a projection of 4-5/8" wide. Three high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane. Our skilled design features will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed plates.
