Crown 2" - 4

This petite 2" - 4 crown mould measures 2.000" wide by .625" thickness. We have a small cluster of similar style profiles with different widths, heights, and projections you may want to review and consider for other rooms in the home, crown 3.000" - 17, crown 4.000" - 26, crown 5.500" - 12, and crown 7.000" - 19.

The creative profile is comprised of a 55/64" radius cove in the center, connected to a 3/32" radius ovolo with a 9/64" tall vertical line at the top. The lower portion of the design consists of a 1/16" broad horizontal line connected to a 13/64" radius half-round circle, joined to a more minor 1/16" radius arc with a 3/32" wide squared fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 1-1/2" tall, with a projection of 1-5/16" wide. Three high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane; our consummate design features will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed plates.
