The stylish profile is comprised of a 1/2" radius convex arc, tangent off of a 5/8" radius concave semicircle creating a cyma recta in the center of the pattern, connected to a 3/8" tall vertical line on the top. The lower portion of the design consists of a 25/64" tall vertical line, attached to a 7/16" wide horizontal line forming a squared fillet at the bottom of the detail. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 1-29/32" tall, with a projection of 1-5/8" wide. Two high points in the design were deliberately positioned on the same plane, our exceptional design features will assure superior hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the moulder bed plates.
