Crown 3" - 19

This s-shaped 3" - 19 crown mold measures 3.000" wide by .750" thickness. The good-looking profile is comprised of a 3/4" radius convex arc, tangent off of a 3/4" radius concave semicircle creating a cyma recta in the center, connected to a 13/32" tall vertical line on the top. The lower portion of the design consists of a 15/32" tall line attached to a 31/64" horizontal line, producing a squared fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-9/32" tall, with a projection of 1-61/64" wide. Two high points in the design were deliberately positioned on the same plane; our creative design features will assure outstanding hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed plates.
