Crown 2" - 6

This 2" - 6 cyma recta crown mould measures 2.000" wide by .625" thickness. We have a large group of similar style profiles with different widths, heights, and projections. The small profile is comprised of a 13/32" radius convex arc, tangent off of a 17/32" radius concave curve creating a cyma recta in the center, connected to a 9/32" tall vertical line on the top. The lower portion of the design consists of a 19/64" tall vertical line attached to a 27/64" broad horizontal segment, forming a squared fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 1-1/2" tall, with a projection of 1-3/8" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane; our expert design features will assure superior hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed plates.
