The tiny profile is comprised of a 11/32" radius convex arc tangent off of a 11/32" radius concave curve creating a cyma recta in the center, connected to a 1/4" tall vertical line on the top, the lower portion of the design consists of a 15/64" tall vertical line, attached to a 5/16" wide horizontal line. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 1-1/8" tall, with a projection of 1" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane, our superior design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
