The common profile is comprised of a cyma recta in the center, flanked by 3/8" tall vertical fillets, with a 3/8" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, search our bevels category by these degrees to find two sets of back bevel cutters appropriate for this crown/cove moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 3-5/32" tall with a projection of 2-15/32" wide. Three high points in the detail were purposely positioned on the same level plane, this creative design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder providing the moulder pressure shoe is calibrated.
