The colonial profile is comprised of an 11/16" convex radius arc tangent off of a 13/16" radius concave semicircle, connected to a 29/64" tall vertical fillet on top. The lower portion consists of a 9/16" radius cove, attached to a 25/64" vertical line above and a 9/16" wide horizontal line below. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 3-1/16" tall with a projection of 2-19/32" wide. Three high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same level plane, our standard design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is set parallel to the bed plates.
