This large 6" - 3 fluted door casing measures 6.000" wide by .750" thickness, enabling milling from four quarter lumber. The wide profile comprises four recessed 5/8" wide by 19/64" deep flutes, divided by three 5/16" wide line segments in the middle. Each side retains a 63/64" wide straight line with a 3/32" eased inner edge, connected to an 11/32" wide straight line that merges into the concave semicircles in the center. The side edges were intentionally left square to utilize one of our many radius edges we have to offer, here's one we think matches nicely with this pattern, radius .125".
