Crown 2" - 9

This small 2" - 9 crown mould measures 2.000" wide by .625" thickness. The ageless supporting profile is comprised of two 5/16" tangent radiuses creating a cyma recta in the center, attached to a 1/4" tall vertical fillet and a 3/16" quarter circle on top. The lower portion of the design consists of a 3/16" tall vertical line connected to a 9/32" radius cove with a 9/32" wide horizontal fillet on the bottom of the pattern. We currently have a group of seven profiles in various size widths, heights, and projections, for your review and consideration, 2-1/2" wide, 3" width, 4" wide, 5-1/2" wide, 7" width, and 8-1/2" wide.

The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 1-1/2" tall with a projection of 1-5/16" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same level plane; our knowledgeable design features will assure superior hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
