Crown 7" - 7

This beautiful 7" - 7 crown mould measures 7.000" wide by .812" thick. The creative design comprises a 1-5/8" radius arc tangent off of a 1-7/16" radius semicircle creating a cyma reversa in the center, attached to a 1/2" tall vertical fillet and a 23/32" radius quarter circle on top. The lower portion of the design consists of a 17/32" tall fillet attached to a 61/64" radius cove with a 25/32" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. We have a small cluster of matching patterns at various size widths, heights and projections for your review and consideration, 2" wide, 2-1/2" width, 3" wide, 4" wide, 5-1/2" width, and 8-1/2" wide.

The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back cuts set the installed height at 5-1/4" tall with a projection of 4-21/32" wide. Three high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane; our standard design practices will assure exceptional hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed plates.
