The medium sized profile is comprised of a 1-9/64" radius convex arc in the center of the design, connected to a 5/16" wide by 15/16" tall squared lines on the top, and a 3/8" tall by 41/64" wide squared fillet on the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-19/32" tall with a projection of 1-61/64" wide. We recommend a felt covered pressure shoe be used to eliminate and unsightly burnish mark that may be caused by the moulder hold down element.
