This 2" colonial crown mould measures 2.000" wide by .625" thickness. The customary design consists of a cyma recta in the center, flanked by a 5/16" tall vertical line on top and a 15/64" tall line below, attached to a 17/64" radius cove and a 1/4" broad horizontal line at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at
thirty-eight and
fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevel cutters set the installed height at 1-9/16" tall with a projection of 1-1/4" wide. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same level plane; our disciplined design practices will assure superior hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the
pressure shoe is adequately set parallel to the bed plates.
