We have a group of eight profiles at various size widths, heights and projections, for your review and consideration, 1-1/2" wide, 2" wide, 3" wide, 4" wide, 5-1/2" wide, 7" wide, and 8-1/2" wide.
The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 1-29/32" tall with a projection of 1-5/8" wide. Three high points in the detail were intentionally positioned on the same level plane, our knowledgeable design features will assure superior hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
